In 1997, at the age of nineteen, Mr. Waller became a licensed Realtor®, and began selling homes for his dad’s company, Waterford Homes, in Lawton, Oklahoma. To help finance college, he also purchased and rehabbed properties.
During those early years of learning the business, Mr. Waller remodeled and sold nine homes of his own and brokered over 50 transactions before his move south.
In 2001 Mr. Waller moved to Dallas and worked as a Buyer Specialist for one of the top producing RE/MAX teams in Texas. A year later, he became an independent agent at RE/MAX Preston Road North and continued to build an extraordinary business primarily representing buyers.
Mr. Waller applied his knowledge of foreclosures and understanding buyers’ needs to corporate clients in 2003 with the help of his sister Hallie Waller. The Waller Group LLC was soon formed and became a preferred listing agent for many large sub-prime servicers, including Wells Fargo, WAMU, Fannie Mae, Countrywide, and many more.
In 2007, The Waller Group, LLC diversified to offer an enhanced value proposition for buyers and sellers through Premium Marketing Services and Full Service Brokerage including moving services, staging services, and a marketing plan that rivals the services offered by any full service brokerage firm in Dallas.
